• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems using a systematic and logical approach.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• CAD: Proficiency in utilizing CAD software for design and engineering applications.
• PLM: Experience with PLM systems for managing product lifecycle data and processes.
• Launch Management: Experience in managing and coordinating product launches, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Root Cause Analysis: Expertise in conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify the underlying causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
• CATIA: Strong working knowledge of CATIA for 3D design and modeling.
• UG NX: Proficiency in using UG NX for engineering design and analysis.
• Team Center: Experience with Team Center for product data management and collaboration.
• DFSS: Understanding and application of DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) principles for robust product design.
• DFMEA: Experience with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for identifying and mitigating potential design failures.
• DVP&R: Knowledge of DVP&R (Design Verification and Planning) methodologies for ensuring product reliability and performance.
• Control Plan: Ability to develop and implement effective Control Plans to monitor and control manufacturing processes.
• PFMEA: Experience with PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for identifying and mitigating potential process failures.
• PPAP: Familiarity with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for ensuring production readiness.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering is required.

Experience Required: A minimum of 4 - 8 years of relevant experience is expected, demonstrating a solid foundation in automotive engineering and a proven track record of success.
