Position Description:
• Deliver AutoForm feasibility simulations for Stamping core parts. (Ex. Hood, Lift/Tail gate, Door outer’ s/Inners, Body side outer, Rear Floor, Front floor, Wheel house inner, Dash panel, Body side inner, Sunroof & Fender)
• Communicate to customer with Feasibility Change Request (FCR). • Create & deliver draw development in CATIA for Stamping parts.
• Should have skills in simulation on Structural parts.
• Hands on skills in spring back compensation, crown and sweep.
Skills Required:
• Must have AutoFrom & CATIA hands on skill to perform simulations & draw development.
• Work experience on sheet metal & Stamping knowledge.
• Should have Stamping process and Die Maintenance knowledge.
• Exposure to CAD tools such as Team Center, Team Center Vis mockup, Process Simulate and willing to learn further on virtual manufacturing tools.
• Exposure to learn on hemming simulation skill in AutoForm
