We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP HR Payroll professional with a strong focus on UK payroll and SAP SuccessFactors -ECP. This role will be a key contributor to our IT / Technology team, working in a hybrid work environment.
This role will be responsible for managing and processing payroll, ensuring compliance with GB legislation, and providing expert support for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors -ECP systems. The role requires a strong understanding of payroll processing, negative time management, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Experience Required: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7-15 years of progressive experience in SAP HR Payroll, with a strong focus on UK payroll. This level of experience indicates a high degree of proficiency and the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
Salary: £25 LPA - £28 LPA
