Scope Inclusions
1. Creating manual Purchase Requestion (PR) or process auto PR in the S4 Hana system.
2. Get the details for other systems like WERS, GCP & WIPS (as applicable)
3. Entering the required details in the PR.
4. Building the PRs in the S4 Hana and send this to Ariba system for supplier RFP submission.
5. Create the sourcing request in Ariba.
6. Create the sourcing project in Ariba.
7. Enter the necessary details in Ariba and complete the sourcing project event.
8. Check the summary and publish the RFP to the supplier.
9. Generate the reports in S4/ Ariba systems.
10. Make the excel tracking file for RFP event completed.
11. Monitor the incoming PR and Work on incoming tickets without delay, progress to resolution in line with SLA
12. Bear in mind to always treat customers (Other Cross functional team) like family, make their S4 Hana/ Ariba experience a successful one.
13. Facilitation and action planning with cross-functional team members
14. Constantly learn and support on time inline with SLA claim, LSP / others
15. Create claims / LSP / Debit notes/ LLF order (TO)
16. Support in SLP – Vendor code creation / work with IT team to resolve it.
17. Ensure all orders are printed via web quote
18. Raise ticket if there is any issue and work with IT for resolution.
Delivery Targets:
Timely completion of RFP / Claim / LSP / LLF / Debit note in line with Service Level Agreement.
High degree of customer satisfaction (Treat customers like family). 100% quality data processing.
Continuous improvement of customer service, fostering cooperation in the global team.
