Required Skills & Qualifications

• Data Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions to inform purchasing decisions.
• Financial Knowledge: A strong understanding of financial principles, including cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis, to ensure responsible spending and cost optimization.
• Alteryx: Proficiency in using Alteryx for data blending, preparation, and advanced analytics to support purchasing strategies.
• Qliksense: Experience with Qliksense to create interactive dashboards and visualizations for monitoring key purchasing metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Python: Familiarity with Python for data manipulation, automation, and potentially developing custom analytical tools to enhance purchasing efficiency.
• RPA: Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) principles and potential applications for automating repetitive purchasing tasks.
• SQL: Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases to support purchasing analysis and reporting.
• SharePoint: Proficiency in using SharePoint for document management, collaboration, and maintaining purchasing records.
• Predictive Approach: Ability to apply a predictive approach to forecasting material needs, identifying potential supply chain disruptions, and optimizing inventory levels.
• Education: A B.E / B.Tech /M.Com / M.B.A. degree is required.
• Experience: 1 - 5 years of relevant experience. This level indicates a need for a candidate who can operate with some supervision but also take initiative and contribute meaningfully to the team.
