Hydralic Systems

SolidWorks (3D modeling and assemblies) and AutoCAD (2D detailing) and Experience in hydraulic systems, including valves, tubes, pipes, and routing concepts.

Rate card : 60k TO 70 K /Month

Shift : US Shift ( Shift Timing ( 3:00PM to 12:00AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Support design and development of welding machinery/equipment by creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Interpret technical requirements shared by the project SPOC and convert them into implementable design components and assemblies.
• Develop and detail mechanical subsystems including structural components, mounting arrangements, and fabricated assemblies.
• Support hydraulic-related components such as valves, tubes, pipes, and associated layouts (preferred knowledge).
• Ensure drawings and models comply with applicable engineering standards and internal guidelines.
• Maintain documentation discipline and revision control as per project requirements.
• Adhere to committed delivery timelines and support timely closure of design tasks.

Mandatory Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling and assemblies) and AutoCAD (2D detailing). Knowledge of Windchill PLM
• Ability to understand and interpret technical inputs from the SPOC and execute design tasks independently.
• Good understanding of mechanical design principles related to industrial machinery and structures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively within the team.
• Commitment to meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

Good-to-Have

• Basic knowledge or exposure to hydraulic systems, including valves, tubes, pipes, and routing concepts.
• Experience working on welding machinery or heavy industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with structured documentation and engineering change processes.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
