Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CAE Sr Modeler specializing in Seating to join our team in the automotive industry. As a CAE Sr Modeler, you will play a crucial role in developing and analyzing complex CAE models for seating systems, utilizing your expertise in various CAE tools to drive innovation and excellence in our product development processes.

This role requires a strong background in CAE modeling and analysis, with a focus on seating systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. With 3-6 years of experience, you will be expected to take on significant responsibilities in CAE modeling, analysis, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine CAE models for seating systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance to project requirements.
• Utilize CAE tools such as HyperMesh, NASTRAN, Abaqus, and LS-DYNA to perform complex analyses and simulations.
• Analyze simulation results, identify key findings, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate CAE insights into the product development process.
• Continuously improve CAE modeling processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in CAE modeling and analysis, with expertise in the following areas:

• HyperMesh: Proficient in using HyperMesh for CAE model preparation, meshing, and preprocessing.
• NASTRAN: Experienced in using NASTRAN for structural analysis and simulation.
• Abaqus: Skilled in utilizing Abaqus for complex CAE analyses, including nonlinear and dynamic simulations.
• LS-DYNA: Knowledgeable in applying LS-DYNA for explicit dynamics and crash simulations.

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.E, M.E.) is required for this role.
