CAE Analyst - I

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CAE Analyst - I to join our team in Chennai, within the Automotive industry. As a CAE Analyst, you will play a crucial role in utilizing advanced digital tools for lighting verification and simulation. With a strong background in using SPEOS digital tools and other relevant technologies, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing designs to meet the required performance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CAE analysis and experience working with various preprocessing tools and 3D CAD software. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize SPEOS digital tools for lighting verification and analysis to ensure design compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Work with Ansys SPEOS to simulate and analyze various lighting scenarios, providing insights for design optimization.
• Employ NX and preprocessing tools like ANSYS SPACECLAIM and ANSA for efficient data preparation and analysis.
• Leverage 3D CAD software, including Nx and CATIA, to create and modify complex geometries for CAE analysis.
• Apply ANSYS tools for comprehensive CAE analysis, ensuring accurate results and design validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the following skills and qualifications:

• Proficiency in SPEOS digital tools for lighting verification, with a deep understanding of their application in CAE analysis.
• Experience with Ansys SPEOS for simulating and analyzing lighting scenarios.
• Skilled in using NX and preprocessing tools such as ANSYS SPACECLAIM and ANSA for data preparation.
• Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software, including Nx and CATIA, for creating and modifying complex geometries.
• Proficiency in ANSYS tools for comprehensive CAE analysis.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) is required for this role.
