Software Engineer (4) - Premium Engineer 2

Job Summary

We are seeking four Software Engineer (4) - Premium Engineer 2 to join our team in Chennai. This role is within the IT / Technology industry and requires a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related modules.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role will include working within Integration Teams to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across various SAP modules. The successful candidate will participate in all phases of testing, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to guarantee the quality and reliability of the implemented solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience: 4 - 4 years of experience in a related field is expected, demonstrating a solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices. This level of experience indicates a proficiency in independently handling complex tasks and contributing to team goals.
• SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, including a deep understanding of its architecture and functionalities.
• SAP Modules: Strong working knowledge of core SAP modules, specifically SAP S4 HANA, SAP MM, and SAP CPE.
• Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE): Experience with Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE) and its integration within the SAP landscape.
• SAP ERP: Solid understanding of SAP ERP principles and their application in business processes.
• MM & Pricing: Expertise in MM (Materials Management) including MM Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, and Access Sequences.
• Master Data Management: Proficiency in managing Material Master, Business Partner, and Vendor Master data within SAP.
• Source Lists: Experience with Source Lists and their configuration within SAP.
• RICEFW: Familiarity with the RICEFW methodology for SAP development.
• ABAP: Working knowledge of ABAP for custom development and enhancements.
• Market Data Integration: Experience integrating Market Data Feeds, LME, Platts, CBOT, DCS, and MIC with SAP systems.
• Exchange Rate Integrations: Ability to configure and maintain Exchange Rate Integrations within SAP.
• Analytical Skills: Strong Analytical Skills to effectively analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent Problem-Solving Skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Conceptual Skills: Solid Conceptual Skills to grasp the big picture and understand the interdependencies of various system components.
• Communication Skills: Effective Communication Skills to clearly and concisely convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative Presentation Skills to stakeholders.
