Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Illustration Engineer – Machining Products to join our team in the automotive industry. As a Process Illustration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining detailed process illustrations for machining products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive engineering, proficiency in NX, UG NX, and Siemens NX software, and experience working with Teamcenter. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining 3D models and process illustrations for machining products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed process illustrations for machining products using NX, UG NX, and Siemens NX software.
• Create and update 3D models and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that process illustrations meet requirements and are implemented correctly.
• Utilize Teamcenter to manage and maintain documentation, ensuring version control and data integrity.
• Analyze and improve process illustrations to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on process illustration and 3D modeling best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) and have 1-4 years of experience in a related field. Key skills required for this role include:

• Proficiency in NX, UG NX, and Siemens NX software for creating and editing 3D models and process illustrations.
• Experience working with Teamcenter for documentation management and version control.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and automotive engineering principles.
• Excellent 3D modeling skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
