Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified L2 & L3 Technician to join our team in the automotive industry. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues in vehicles, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high-quality customer service. With a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, engine overhauling, and transmission repair, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems, ECU/ECM/BCM programming, and vehicle software tools. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex issues in vehicles using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
• Perform engine overhauling and transmission repair to ensure vehicles are running at optimal levels.
• Utilize knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults.
• Program and configure ECU/ECM/BCM systems to ensure vehicle performance and safety.
• Leverage vehicle software tools to diagnose and repair issues, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure high-quality service.
• Participate in chassis design and development activities to improve vehicle performance and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, complemented by 5-10 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Key skills required include:

• Proficiency in Vehicle Diagnostics, with the ability to use advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Engine Overhauling and Transmission Repair, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Understanding of Chassis Design principles and their application in vehicle development.
• Expertise in Electrical Systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with ECU/ECM/BCM Programming, with the ability to configure and program vehicle control systems.
• Familiarity with Vehicle Software Tools, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Excellent Customer Communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective solutions.
• Proven Team Mentoring abilities, with a focus on developing junior technicians and promoting a culture of excellence.

What We Offer
