Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - Functional to join our team in the IT / Technology industry, located in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a passion for driving business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst - Functional will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement. Key responsibilities will include process modelling, stakeholder management, and facilitation of business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will have 8 - 12 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong foundation in the following skills:

Process Modelling: ability to analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement
Enterprise Business Transformation: experience with large-scale business transformation initiatives
Analytical Skills: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Agile Methodologies: experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Lucidchart: proficiency with these tools
API Contracts and Event-Driven Workflows: understanding of API contracts and event-driven workflows
Stakeholder Management: ability to manage and engage stakeholders
Facilitation Skills: strong facilitation skills
Data Analysis and Reporting Tools: experience with data analysis and reporting tools
Business Intelligence: understanding of business intelligence concepts
Domain-Driven Design: experience with domain-driven design
BPMN and Enterprise Architecture: understanding of BPMN and enterprise architecture
